It’s Tuesday! That means we were out on Broker’s Tour right from the start today. We visited homes that have just come on the market to not only look on behalf of clients, but to stay on top of our local real estate landscape. Today we focused on homes in Walnut Creek, so I will share with you what we saw.
Getting out on tour is fantastic as it helps us speak to the market. Being able to easily see so many homes regularly is great in that we are able to really stay on top of what is out there.
Note: Broker’s Tour is kind of like having open houses. Instead of 1-4pm on the weekends. New listings are typically held open from 10am-1pm on a weekday. For Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lamorinda…it is on Tuesdays. (Danville, San Ramon, and down there is on Thursdays).
