Welcome To Rockcliff Country
Our team is incredibly proud to be a part of the J. Rockcliff family here in the East Bay area. It is incredibly exciting that we are starting to see incredible, high quality ads play across many channels on Comcast home television service!
We all got the update just recently at our yearly legal and kickoff event where we all gather together to keep up on what’s new and re-energize our businesses heading into the new year.
This year, we got the treat of seeing these new ads before they hit the airwaves, and see exactly how much J. Rockcliff Realtors are supporting their agents (us!).
Commentary From Matt
I was most excited to see that these ads were done with exquisite quality, which really showcases the Rockcliff brand to viewers. Most importantly, the ads focus on the lifestyles of our communities around Danville, Walnut Creek, Lafayette and more. Rather than shamelessly plugging real estate services, the ads showcase scenes of what life is like here at home.
To me, this is a great embodiment of what we “are all about.” And by we I refer to J. Rockcliff Realtors, our team the Steve Quanstrom Group, and so many other realtors under the same umbrella. We are all very fortunate to live in such wonderful communities here in the bay area. There is something about the “vibe,” where we live and work, and it’s very exciting to further share that.
We think this will show potential home buyers and sellers alike that Rockcliff agents are fantastic to work with. We live and breathe our local communities, and have our hands on the pulse of our local market. If we are taking on a listing, we are always so excited to paint the picture of not only existing in that particular home, but the community as well.
Continue on through this post to take a look at the TV spots…
Walnut Creek Is, Rockcliff Country
As you can see in the video below, this Rockcliff Country ad was shot in Downtown Walnut Creek. Likely one of the hottest destinations in the area on a daily basis. Shopping and dining are superb, and with the Broadway Plaza Project about to reopen for the holiday season, it is sure to be at that level beyond “buzzing!”
Lafayette Is, Rockcliff Country
I love this one! Lafayette is an incredible community here in the East Bay, and this particular TV ad showcases one of my favorite areas…the Lafayette Reservoir. It’s a wonderful aquatic area with trails and paddle boats. Again, Rockcliff is showcasing the lifestyle and community. It’s hard to imagine that this area is just a few miles away from San Francisco!
Alamo Is, Rockcliff Country
Alamo, CA is an incredible community full of rural charm, and offers a simpler pace of life for it’s residents. Whether it’s ranch homes in the hills, or generous sized lots in rustic neighborhoods, Alamo is a great definition of “home.” Check the TV spot below for a great horse ranch scene…
Danville Is, Rockcliff Country
Danville, CA is a vibrant community that has a slightly milder pace than Walnut Creek. The downtown features great shops, dining with sidewalk seating, and a community full of familiar places. Like all of the towns mentioned above, Danville is a highly-sought market for home buyers. Over the last couple years, home sellers have done incredibly well when the time to sell has come. Check out this TV spot to see a little of the downtown Danville life…(Do you recognize Bridges Restaurant?! Sorry, Mrs. Doubtfire wasn’t there when the ad was filmed)
For reading our post here about Rockcliff’s new marketing campaign being features on many channels through Comcast home television service. We think it is an incredible demonstration of committment to and knowledge of our local communities here in the East Bay Area.
Our team is excited about the Rockcliff family, and we hope you will join us for your real estate needs, or to just say hello. 🙂
