The Parkmead Neighborhood in Walnut Creek
One of our favorite Walnut Creek neighborhoods is the Parkmead area (in the 94595 zip code). This is a highly desirable neighborhood, and has had very low inventory over the last couple of years. Generally when a home does come on the market, home buyers are jumping all over them! Once open house events start, there is a flurry of home buyers wanting to get into the Parkmead neighborhood.
When a new home hits the market in Parkmead, we will go preview it on Broker’s Tour and the place is crowded with other agents there to see it on behalf of their clients. Major buzz around these homes!
This article is going to take a look at the performance of the Parkmead neighborhood for 2014 so far. We want to give you a bird’s eye view of how the neighborhood is performing so that you can get a clear idea of what is going on there.
