Walnut Creek is certainly seeing some inventory pop up, although the 94595 zip code was quieter this week. Meanwhile, 94598 (Like the Northgate neighborhood) is seeing more inventory as of late.

Well that about sums up some of what hit the market this week in Walnut Creek and Lafayette. I have a feeling we will see many of these homes go into contract quickly as the market still has low inventory and high buyer demand. What that means though, is that home sellers are getting excellent results when putting their homes on the market. Not only in regards to selling price, but also the terms of the sale. Buyers know that they have to compete for homes, and are presenting offers with terms very favorable to home sellers.
