What Is A Broker’s Tour?
Broker’s Tour is typically a weekday open house in the residential real estate industry. In Contra Costa County, new homes in Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Orinda, Moraga and Clayton are held open for the real estate community to preview. (Danville, Alamo and San Ramon are on Thursdays). Typically, homes are held open from about 10:00am-1:00pm or some variation of that.
The Steve Quanstrom Group (us!) gets out on tour to preview homes every week. We will head out to preview new listings on behalf of clients, and report back to our clients about what we saw. And we will also visit homes in certain communities to stay on top of the market. Keeping a pulse on the hyper-local markets and neighborhoods keep us sharp!
