What Is The Alamo Real Estate Market Doing?
Home inventory in Alamo has been very low, and with strong buyer demand home values have been rising. Since January 1st, 2016, only 47 single-family homes have come on the market. Only 3 have been withdrawn or cancelled, so that leaves 44 to work with in this post.
Out of those 47 listings, 21 are currently active and available. This means that 15 are pending in contract, while 7 have already closed. Those 7 homes that are officially sold hold some interesting information.
Of those 7 homes sold, 4 of them sold for above their asking price. This shows that buyer demand in the Alamo area is strong. With the reputation and the community, this is not a surprise!
